7 Christ is calling you

Jesus Christ is yelling for you. 

The Lord God, over all of creation, is calling out your name. 

Like a parent who has lost their child, Christ is calling out your name, he is desperately running up and down the isles of the store looking for you. He is calling out to the employees to help him find his beloved child, he is weeping every moment that you are outside his arms. 

Pause here for a moment and let that sink in. 

Next time your brain tells you that you don’t matter. 

Your maker says your head is wrong. 

Your maker says that you are loved. 

Jesus Christ is calling out after you. 

He is searching for you, he loves you, and wants you desperately. 

All you need to do is step outside and be found.
It won’t get easier immediately. 

But you are called to more, you are called to be more, and the one who is calling is the one who loves you the most, who knows more about you than even you do, the same one who has been with you since before the first moments of your life. 

You have been called, will you step out?
